Wow, I thought Bathfitters was bad...this was like deja-vu. Same high-pressure sales techniques.

Pressure to "buy today" and "install tomorrow", or in the next 3 days, before you change your mind/see competitor's prices. Can I just tell you that the price we started at and price we ended at was a difference of $4000? Four-thousand dollars! I wonder how many "nice" people who don't know any better fall for this ***?

They need to be shut down. The worst part?

Depite HUNDREDS of complaints, the BBB somehow gives them an A+. How is that possible?

I just went online for new offer of free installations - however free doesn't include baseboard trim installation, leveling concrete floors, installing transitions and other items. My gut tells me they charge whatever they want since there is no price list.

We received a $70 coupon when we had our floors put in. When we got a quote for our bedroom, the salesman used a $250.00 coupon to write notes on. The first sales person said the $70 coupons was the highest they offered.

I will buy flooring from HomeDepot and install myself. Or maybe I will call the guys who installed my floor the first time and pay them
