Awful carpet and even worse customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Worst quality carpet I have ever experienced and I have had carpet in my home for over 40 years. Customer service manager does not return calls and unwilling to take calls when made.

PRICES ARE CHEAPER FOR A REASON-- ZERO STAR RATING. STAY AWAY!!

Reason of review: bad quality, poor customer service, unresponsive service manager--Stephanie Brown.

Monetary Loss: $2350.

Preferred solution: please contact us to discuss compensation.
